4-H editing example

The December Logan Pals 4-H club meeting was held at the
Assembly of God Church in Humboldt. Thirty members answered
roll call to "What´s your favorite Christmas Decoration?"
4-H Day will be Saturday, February 6 at the Bowlus Fine Arts
building. Members were encouraged to prepare talks on any subject.
Suggestions for the Allen county fair should be given to community
leader, Michelle Umholtz. A skating party was held on December 28
for Allen county 4-H members at the Chanute skating ring.
Logan Pals 4-H club adopted a girl and a boy for "Adopt a
Child" and donated food to the local food pantry in December.
The club will be having a model meeting at 4-H Day and
practices will be Sundays, January 17, January 24 and January 31 at
3:00 p.m. at the Assembly of God church in Humboldt.
Meeting was adjourned. The next meeting will be Monday,
January 25 at the St. Peter´s Lutheran Church in Humboldt.

The January 4th Prairie Dell 4-H meeting came to order with 16 members, 6 parents, and 1 guest. The club members held the meeting in the basement hallway of the courthouse.  It was pajama or funny sock night.
          To kick off the new year, Katie Weide and Annika Hobbs led the club in singing “New Year’s Day.”   
          Three CFL light bulbs were replaced by two families, and many cell phones and ink cartages were brought to be recycled.
          Talks were given by Jasmine Bannister on sewing; Trilby Bannister about her drawing and painting; Khrystal Smith on candy making; Clara Wicoff about knitting; and Michelle Kretzmeier on photography. To end the talks Leah Weir gave a speech about Going Green with Agriculture.
          To end the meeting Isaiah Wicoff led the group with the game Bumpity Bumpity Bump. 
          The next meeting will be Saturday, January 30 at the courthouse meeting room at noon and will be followed by eating pizza.  Talks will be by James Hamilton, Isaiah Wicoff, Ashleigh Wilks, Curtis Wilks, Sarah Wilks, Jenna Wilks, and Jackson Wilks.
